Repairs & Warranty

We offer a one year warranty on all jewelry that covers the cost of any damages that are a result of manufacturing. However, if a piece is noticeably bent, shows improper care, or is damaged in any other manner, repairs will be performed for a fee. 

We offer one complimentary cleaning/stone tightening service annually on all custom engagement rings and custom fine jewelry pieces. This includes cleaning and tightening of stones. Polishing services or additional cleaning/stone tightening services can be performed for a fee.

Outside of warranty, we will perform repairs for a fee. Please note, if any jeweler other than Mariah makes alterations or repairs to your jewelry within the first year, the warranty will be voided. We are happy to make minor adjustments to jewelry, including resizing, for an additional fee.
